Q: Where do I park?

Please park in any uncovered parking spot. Please do not park in a covered parking space as they are reserved.

Q: What should I bring?

You can bring a bottle of water.

However, we provide water in our studio.

Q: What should I wear?

Please dress in workout clothing that is loose-fitting and that you feel comfortable in.

Please wear athletic shoes, but these may be taken off during the assessment.

Socks are optional but recommended.

Q: Are children allowed to come to my assessment?

Although we love children and even train youth, it is better not to bring children to your assessment so that we may focus on your needs.

There is also large fitness equipment. We do not have the staff to watch your children around them.

Q: What is the assessment for?

The assessment is for you to see our studio, check the location, and see if it is a good fit for you.

We will spend an hour (or less, depending on you), asking questions and discussing your fitness history so that we can understand your fitness needs and goals. We will perform physical fitness checks to see where your body is aligned and why you are possibly experiencing pain.

You will leave knowing the beginning steps you need to take to start becoming pain-free and reaching your optimal fitness.

Q: How do I schedule an assessment?

Please call (855) 745-2835.

If we do not answer, please leave a message.

We usually get back to you by the next business day.

You may also email info@sommetfitness.com.

However, leaving a message is the best option.

Q: How long does the assessment take?

Please allow for one hour.

If you do not have an hour, we will need at least 30 minutes.

Q: Will I actually do Pilates during my assessment?

You will do some Pilates if it is determined by your trainer that it will be needed for your assessment.

Q: May I bring a friend?

Yes, your friend may also have an assessment, but please note that the assessment will still be one hour in total.

If you are bringing a friend to watch, there is a small seating area available.
